the wellbeing centre at almeria is a large new-build complex which includes specialist treatment and support services for the public and elderly residients, and provides 24 private ensuite rooms. the brief called for a clean and calm environment throughout common and private areas and is designed to ensure low maintainence for staff and carers. other requirements included restaurants, offices, therapy rooms, and high quality external spaces. the commission was to undertake the project from conception to completion.
