the scheme at hall rd. is a luxury residential development in the former lord's telephone exchange in maida vale, providing 39 five star urban apartments including 5 penthouses. the brief called for high quality internal spacea and finishes, and included arranging bedrooms and bathrooms around open plan double height living areas. the commission to act as executive architects for phillippe starck of yoo ltd. was awarded after planning consent was achieved and the project was taken through to completion.
