herbrand st. is a 65,000 sq.ft. speculative headquarters office development generated from a existing art deco building which previously served as a multi-level car park for Daimler Cars from 1931. the scheme involved carefully re-modelling of the existing floorplates to maximise usable net lettable space for prospective tenants and included an additional top storey set back from the original facade. the project was to taken through to completion.
