552 king's rd is a pfi-funded part-renovation, part-new build development consisting of over 300 residences on 5 acres of parkland. several listed buildings were sensitively adapted for reuse as townhouses and apartments, including the 17thC stanley house. purchasers were given a choice of modern and classical interiors. the project was to taken through to completion.
